Were seeking a .NET Engineer with a strong frontend focus and an eye for design. Youll be the kind of person who cares about how things look and feel, enjoys building great UI/UX, and is comfortable making smaller backend changes when needed (e.g. wiring up APIs, or connecting frontend to backend services). Essential Qualifications:
- You hold a degree in Software Development, Web Development, Computer Science or a related field.
- You have at least two years of experience working with .NET and the C# language.
- You have a strong eye for design and UI/UX.
- You are comfortable working with open assignments, where creativity and problem-solving are a big part of the job.
- You have practical experience with APIs.
- You possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

- Have experience with Blazor (Server or WebAssembly).
- Have a basic understanding of JavaScript/Typescript.
- Have worked with design systems, component libraries, or UI guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and iterate on user-facing features in our .NET-based web applications.
- Turn complex workflows and requirements into clean, intuitive UI and UX that feel simple to our users.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and UI/UX colleagues to shape interaction flows, layouts, and visual details.
- Connect frontend to backend services and APIs.
- Participate in code reviews, share feedback, and help raise the bar for frontend quality and consistency.
- Work on open-ended, creative assignments where the problem is not always fully definedand help define it through prototypes, suggestions, and experiments.
- Contribute to our design system and component libraries, and help evolve our frontend architecture over time.
- Take part in sprint planning, break down tasks, estimate effort, and communicate risks or dependencies early.
- Drive continuous improvement through open communication, knowledge sharing, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
