Management Office PMO in Customer Project Execution CPX under the Northern and Central Europe NCE business unit at Vestas The aim of the PMO is to support the Region in the effective execution of onshore and offshore customer projects Business Improvements amp Processes will ensure the regional Customer Project Execution business has the necessary framework processes and systems to execute the projects The area of Business Improvements amp Processes will also support the business in running improvement initiatives and ensure alignment of these initiatives with Global Customer Project Executionp pnbspp divnbspdiv div divstrongResponsibilitiesstrongdiv div ul liDevelop support and maintain processes to assist project teams in executing customer projectsli liEnsure process excellence and continuously design improvementsli liSupport the strategic process roadmap and align with key stakeholders including Global CPXli liManage and evaluate incoming change requests supporting decisionmaking through analysis recommendations and communication across NCE CPXli liModel and document processes at all operational levels adhering to process excellence guidelines and methodologiesli ul pnbspp divnbspdiv div divstrongQualificationsstrongdiv div ul liAcademic degree in information management business administration engineering or a related fieldli liAt least years of experience in a similar role within a global company focusing on process managementli liUnderstanding of the relationship between operational activities and processesli liComprehensive analytical and problemsolving skillsli liPractical and systematic approach to tasksli liExperience with process management systems or CPX is advantageousli liFluent in English both spoken and writtenli ul div divstrongCompetenciesstrongdiv div ul liAbility to prioritize focus on details and meet deadlines is crucialli liCapable of working across the value chain and involving necessary business stakeholdersli liAdvanced interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate at all organizational levelsli liSolid communication and stakeholder management skillsli liGood understanding of business
