We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join the team to build, support, and drive customer innovations, bringing efficiency to the processes through efficient management. Location: Søborg (DK) 50% Remote

Experience: 7+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand the product vision and user needs through interviews and research.
• Design user journeys for a smooth experience, from data entry to insights generation.
• Ensure the tool is user-friendly and appealing, using design principles and user-focused methods.
• Lead the design and development process, coordinating with developers and teams.
• Set metrics to measure success, tracking the tool's impact and user engagement.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Design Lead or similar role, with a strong portfolio in pharma, healthcare, or related fields.
• Skilled in user research and creating effective design solutions.
• Expert in usability principles, focusing on intuitive user experiences.
• Ability to work well with teams, including developers and product managers.
• Knowledge of success metrics, with experience in measuring design impact.
