The Role

Focused on bringing ML & Generative AI solutions to production, this role ensures AI models are deployable, scalable, and seamlessly integrated into existing systems. The AI Engineer is the bridge between data scientists, engineers and operations teams and defines the standards for monitoring and automation of AI/GenAI pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Productize generative AI use cases, enabling seamless deployment and scaling in production.
• Develop LLMOps pipelines for managing fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and optimization of generative AI models.
• Automate workflows for inference, data preprocessing, and model retraining.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing legacy systems and bridge with cloud-based AI infrastructures.
• Design and implement advanced AI use cases , such as specialized digital assistants, agentic systems and task orchestration.
• Ensure AI products are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
  
  
  

What We Expect

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in AI engineering/Data science areas
• Significant experience with productization and Generative AI use cases.
• Expertise in LLMOps / MLOps, automation and monitoring, and operationalizing generative AI models.
• Experience with Azure AI and Data ecosystem as well as comparable infrastructure.
• Experience connecting legacy systems with AI/cloud infrastructures.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Azure AI (including Azure OpenAI), DevOps (like git, CI/DI, pipelines, and some experience with equivalent tools form other vendors.
• First experience of creating agentic systems (e.g., AI agents and multi-agent systems).

• Experience with supporting data science teams during use case experimentation and scaling
• Experience as mentor for data science and engineering disciplines
• Experience from working in a larger scale software development environment
• Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks and ethical AI practices is a plus.
